Confidentiality and Promise
Confidentiality is the central principle of mental health treatment. It is our most sacred obligation to you, that whatever is communicated in the counseling room, will stay in the counseling room. This helps make it possible for you as the client to feel free and safe to articulate what is really on your heart and mind, however, there are exceptions to this rule.
